How do I apply for seniors' subsidized housing?

The application process for seniors is the same as the regular waiting list for subsidized housing.  The only difference is that you can add seniors' buildings to your housing choices.
Seniors' buildings are for people who are 59 years of age or older, and many of these buildings have seniors' support services on-site.

To apply for subsidized housing: Remember to submit a signed declaration and consent form with your application.

How do I add or remove building choices on my application?

There are three ways you can update your building choices:
  1. If you already have your application number and password, you can log in to your application online to update your building choices;
  2. Use the housing listings to choose where you want to live, then call 416-397-7400. When you search the housing listings online, make sure to check the box next to 'Seniors' to see seniors buildings; or
  3. You can complete this form and submit it to Housing Connections.
