Applicants under the age of 59 who chose to be on the waiting list for Donvale Manor at 330 Gerrard Street East are no longer eligible because it is now a seniors building.

Applicants aged 55 -58 who are already on the waiting list will remain on the waiting list but are not eligible to be housed until they are 59.

Applicants under the age of 55 are no longer on the waiting list for Donvale Manor.
