There are many ways you can make an application for rent-geared-to-income housing
in Toronto.
Important things to remember when completing your application:

Follow the instructions carefully and call or visit Housing Connections staff
who are happy to help you, if you have any questions or need help.

Make sure the application and the Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal
Information form are signed by all members of your household who
are 16 years of age or older.

Select your housing choices. Choose only those locations you are willing to
live in because you are only allowed three refusals.

Submit your application and all supporting documents to Housing Connections.

Your application will not be considered if your form is incomplete or if
documents are missing.
You will receive a confirmation letter in the mail and another letter with your
personal identification number (P.I.N.) that you can use to update your
application online or on the Automated Telephone System.
Maintaining your eligibility status
You must notify Housing Connections if there are changes to:

your address
-
your phone number
-
the housing choices you have listed on your application

the number of household members
-
the contact person on your application
