ONLINE APPLICATION UPDATE

What is Application Update?

If you have a valid, eligible application, Application Update allows you to update your application on line 7 days a week at your convenience.*

Use Application Update to:

  • update address, telephone and contact information
  • update financial information including income and assets
  • view and add or delete housing choices
  • view household member information (changes require a Housing Connections' representative)
  • reply to a letter requesting full update or confirmation of interest
  • print your application and/or your list of housing choices

How do I use it?

Before you can use Application Update you need:

  • Pop-Up Blocker settings to allow pop-ups from our website (click here for more info)
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer and Adobe Reader versions 5.0 or greater
  • Personal identification number (PIN). If you don't have a PIN you can request one by clicking here and it will be mailed to you within 5 business days

If for some reason you lose your PIN and request a new one, you must re-register

*Except during daily maintenance periods in the middle of the night 1-4 a.m.
