    What is Application Update?

    If you have a valid, eligible application, you can use Application Update to update your application on line 7 days a week at your convenience (except during maintenance periods 1-4 a.m.)

    What can I use it for?

    • update address, telephone and contact information
    • update financial information including income and assets
    • view and add or delete housing choices
    • view family member info (changes require Housing Connections' representative)
    • reply to a letter requesting full update or confirmation of interest
    • print your application and/or your list of housing choices

    What do I need to do to use it?

    • Microsoft Internet Explorer and Adobe Reader versions 5.0 or greater
    • Make sure your Pop-Up Blocker settings on your computer are set to allow pop-ups from our website (click here for more info)
    • Your application number and personal identification number (PIN) handy.  If you don't have a PIN, you can request one by clicking here and it will be mailed to you within 7 business days.

    First time users follow the steps to register before you can log in:

    1. When you go to Applicant Login page, click on Register and Register for Web Access will pop up
    2. Enter your application number and PIN and click Verify
    3. Create a password and a security question and answer you can remember to safeguard against any one else having access to your file
    You only need to register once for access to your application any time!
